There are those who attribute the history of Borujen city to 10 thousand years ago. This group of experts believe that, for example, in Buruj, the people of the city built many towers for defense and observation during the conflict between the two tribes of Aksiana and Bakhada, which is the current Bakhtiari tribe. For this reason, for a long time, this city was known as Orjest, and after many years, it was first known as Orjen, and then it was nicknamed Borojen by its current name.

Paul Mossali
One of the sights of Borujen is Mosalli Bridge. A stone inscription on the wall of the bridge shows that the bridge was built in 1319. The material of the bridge is Saroj mortar and its construction style is straight brickwork. This style is used to highlight the facade. Another characteristic feature of the architecture of this bridge is that the bricks are placed on the right side and others on the left side. Mosalli Bridge was flooded in 1330. White water spring
